S.Q.U.I.D. is a Suburban Resistance Movement designed to bitch-slap the suburban wasteland at every opportunity.  Pat and Michelle (pictured at left) originally founded S.Q.U.I.D. after their favorite local store, Jonathan's Paint and Taco Sporting Goods, was closed and then demolished in favor of building a Wal-Mart. 

While glad that the Wal-Mart was built (they unite families, giving Chinese children employment opportunities at the youngest age possible), the thought of never painting while eating tacos and playing soccer was too much.  S.Q.U.I.D. was formed and the world hasn't been the same since.

Since the posting of their first podcast in May 2006, S.Q.U.I.D. has touched the lives of nearly a dozen people.  Their show, S.Q.U.I.D:  A Suburban Resistance Movement has steadily gained listeners and they were recently named as nothing by no one.  With a dismal present and an even hazier future on the horizon, S.Q.U.I.D. is determined to eventually improve their show and maybe get on a guest list somewhere (probably in a country-western karaoke bar but still, it's a start).
